NSS Ltd. Terms and Conditions

Taught Courses

  1. All contracts formed pursuant to a request for a place on an NSS Ltd. taught course shall be subject to our standard Terms and Conditions and the terms set out herein.
  2. Where these terms conflict with our standard Terms and conditions, these terms shall prevail.
  3. Full payment must be made prior to course commencement or upon registration for the course, and in any case within 28 days of the date of invoice, in order to secure your place(s). We reserve the right to exclude delegate(s) from a course if the payment is not received on time. Bookings are only provisional until payment is received.
  4. Fees quoted are correct at the time of publication and every effort will be made to maintain course fees, however NSS Ltd. reserves the right to change the fees where necessary.
  5. Joining instructions will be forwarded prior to the commencement of the course.
  6. NEBOSH examination fees are non-refundable in the case of student non-attendance or non-adherence with examination requirements.
  7. Once a Booking been made we regret that the transfer of a booking to another event cannot be made, but a substitute delegate will be accepted at any time.
  8. Substitute delegate transfers will each be subject to a £25 administration charge.
  9. Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following charges, £25 administration charge up to 4 weeks prior to the course start date; 50% of the fees between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the course start date; 100% fees within 2 weeks of the course start date.
  10. NSS Ltd. reserves the right to alter the content, lecturers, timing and venue of the course for reasons beyond the control of NSS Ltd.
  11. All courses run subject to demand. In the event of cancellation by NSS Ltd., delegates will normally be transferred to the next available course. Where this is not suitable we will make a full refund but hereby disclaim any further liability.
