Health and Safety reviews
We provide structured assessments of your premises and current arrangements for health and safety, in line with the HSE guidance HSG65. We can provide a duty holder responsibility list, review your organisation chart and create your health and safety policy. Following the visit we will provide a full inspection report detailing improvements and actions.
Online management tool
We provide an online management tool (Dropbox) where all your inspection reports are entered. Remedial actions are prioritised and the system can act as a developing record of your H&S actions. One of our experienced consultants will visit you and explain all the documentation requirements, plus coach you through any initial actions. We also provide basic training for your HS duty holders. A key benefit of the online tool is that it acts as a robust audit trail of all your HS policies and actions.
Our online service allows you to manage your Health & Safety policy whenever and wherever you need to. Giving you instant access, keeping you up-to-date with legislation and enabling you easy access to any forms you may require, it’s the perfect option for all businesses but especially beneficial to multi-site operations.
Site visits
We provide 6 visit per year to help you maintain compliance with HS law. During these visits risk assessments can be reviewed, updates can be made, advice given and coaching provided, as well as training if required.
Competent person
We can act as your organisations competent person, in line with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Helping reduce your responsibility and culpability if you don’t think you have sufficient training and experience or knowledge within your organisation.
Staff safety booklets
We can help you make all your staff aware of your health and safety policy by providing a code of conduct booklet for each member of staff. We can also provide the HS law poster and updates required by law.
24 hour health and safety telephone helpline
Our 24 hour helpline gives you access to expert advice anytime of the day or night that you need it.
Quarterly updates
Our quarterly newsletter contains all the latest news and updates, as well as details of relevant legislative changes.
Updating documentation
When changes to statutory legislation come into force, our consultants proactively update your policies and documents in the online system and email to advise you when this is completed.
